Superb accommodation. Perfect for a couple. What joy to find real wooden
coat hangers instead the usual mixtureof wire + plastic! Great welcome +
thanks for the very welcome "goodies" - a really nice touch. This
accommodation was so cosy we forgot how cold it was outside. Thanks. ps
Kings Beach Hotel no longer does evening meals.
R&T December 2009
We've had a very enjoyable stay. The barn is lovely and cosy. We had
very nice lunches at The
Walnut Tree and also the lodge tea shop by the lake in Arundel Park.
A local map or O-survey map in the barn would be useful for guests to
borrow.
S&D November 2009
It's our second visit and we've had a lovely time again. When can we
move in?
RS&L November 2009
What a wonderful weekend away it's been, what a shame it wasn't long
enough! We all wish we could live in Sycamore Barn, and visit more of
the surrounding area.
TT&T November 2009
Reminds on of village life, sounds of the chickens, church bells and
foxes on the prowl. For eating out the Inglenook Hotel is hard to
better but for the real 'foody' a must is the 'Fork & Field' in
Chichester
T&L October 2009
Very nice clean accomodation, thank you for goodies. Great bird watching
area. Recommend Bosham Quay. Don't forget to visit the church there.
P&D October 2009
We have had a lovely short break in a beautifully converted barn, the
milk, the eggs & cookies were very much appreciated! The nature
reserve is well worth a visit. We would definitely come back.
M&M October 2009
Had a really lovely time in this idylic setting. Especially enjoyed the
eggs & cookies! The indian
takeaway in Pagham was very good and we had a beautiful walk to
Pagham Harbour.
G&P October 2009
We have so enjoyed staying here, it has made us want to find somewhere
just like it to live. In fact you have come very close to having a
couple of squatters!! Thankyou so much, much success to you.
P&D October 2009
Lovely short break, great clean accomadation in lovely setting. Found
lots of interest in local (15 mile) area, including Chichester and
Arundel which are beautiful. Weather was fab with breakfast on the
patio.
P&J September 2009
A visit to Chichester Festival
Theatre is a must. Have a pre-theatre meal at the Brasserie in the
Park for an excellent start to the evening.
September 2009
Thank you for a lovely week. The barn is very cosy and has everything
you need. The weather has been fantastic too!We have walked and cycled
for miles - we would definitely recommend the Salterns
Way cycle route from Chichester to West Wittering. Plus you don't
have to pay for the beach if you cycle.
P&L September 2009
Very comfortable,very nice location.
SS August 2009
Sycamore Barn was very easy to find. My initial impression from the
outside was slight disappointment but once inside that swiftly went.
The place is lovely and bright and clean with all the facilities you
could possibly need. A little welcome package was a very nice touch. We
were within easy walking distance of Pagham Beach, Pagham Harbour (very
stinky and trod in big dollop of dog poo...a kind dog owner had not
cleared up....). Chichester and Bognor are a very short drive away.
Three car boots, Shafi
Tandoori very nice and five minutes away.
Had a great time. Would highly recommend.

Don't forget to tell the hens that they gave us the first class raw
material for a delicious omelett. Thank you too to their efficient
owners. The old barn is a very nice base to vivit the area and I have to
mention that I appreciated the proper kitchen (sorry, I am French) We
particularly enjoyed the walks round the bird reserve.

What a lovely place Sycanore Barn is and a perfect location. The
conversion has been thoughtfully carried out and is a lovely place to
stay. The egss were lovely and a very nice touch.n However the ongoing
noise from the builders and the tile cutting over 3 days has tarnished
our experienceof staying here. Would love to come again but will be
checking to see if any building work is going on first. Can recomend Crab & Lobster pub for a
special meal out. The Ship Inn,
Itchenor was a lovely pub & lovely place to visit.
RSL August 09
We have had a fantastic weekend break, extremely restful and peaceful
away from stressful jobs. We can highly recomend Inglenook pub in the village
for a meal approx 20 min walk and Chichester Marina. We had a fantastic
meal at the China Royal in Chichester. Brighton is laso worth a visit.
Can't wait to come back.
S & s August 09
Great place & wonderful cottage. Anyone staying try walking down to
the beach & then along to the harbour Sky satelite needs retuning.
We would love to come back in the future.

Very well apppointed and equiped, lovely feel to the whole place and
the little terrace is great for al fresco meals. Lovely spot with
everything you need close by.
EF July 2009
This is a beautifully converted small barn fully equipped with
everything you need for a short break. The standard of the conversion
is excellent and it makes a very pleasant change from a standard hotel.
